These terms govern your use of the Pipecraft AI Assistant browser extension and the pipecraft.xyz website ("the Service"). By installing or using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
Pipecraft AI Assistant is a "bring your own key" browser extension that adds AI features and reporting to the Pipedrive web app. You are responsible for your own Pipedrive account, your own AI provider account(s) and keys, and any costs charged by those providers.
Acceptable use
Use the Service only with accounts and data you are authorized to access, and in compliance with Pipedrive's and your AI provider's terms. Do not use it for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
The Service interacts with Pipedrive and the AI provider you configure. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, output, or billing.
AI output
AI-generated summaries, research, and note refinements may contain errors. Review important output before relying on it. You are responsible for what you save to your CRM.
Promotion of our other products
We reserve the right to promote and advertise our own other products, projects, and services within the Service and on this website, including notices, links, and recommendations.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
